VIGIL, the audio work I created from my experience working with Threshold Choir opens today at Green-Wood’s Historic Chapel (@ historicgreenwood) through October 21.
At a time when people all over the country are contending with so much individual and collective loss, sitting with others in grief, or imagining those who’ve departed before, can bring to light both the personal and universal aspects of mutual loss and invite a chance for these emotions to be processed in a therapeutic way.
Visitors are invited to sit with others, walk around the space at their leisure, or simply listen.
All safety protocols will be listed outside Green-Wood's Chapel. Capacity is limited to 12 persons at a time. Free and open September 21 through October 19 from 10 AM - 4 PM.
